What you will do

• Design and build AI-enabled backend services in Java that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise platforms.
• Own the Java-side integration of AI capabilities, including LLM-based services, intelligent decision engines, and automation workflows.
• Build Spring Boot–based microservices that consume AI services and expose reliable business APIs.
• Design and implement AI-aware workflows where Java services orchestrate, validate, and control AI outputs.
• Analyze data, build KPIs, and derive actionable insights using SQL and Python.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Java AI Developer.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into Java-based systems, beyond basic API consumption.
• Exposure to AI workflows such as RAG, agent-based systems, LLM-driven integrations, and scalable AI pipelines, with Java acting as the orchestration layer.
• Strong understanding of data handling using PostgreSQL and object storage platforms (Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake, or MinIO).
• Familiarity with vector databases or search platforms such as OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or Chroma.
• Ability to explain AI behavior, risks, and limitations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
