What you will do

• Coordinate with game product managers, LiveOps managers, and customer services to create and own the roadmap for internal LiveOps products.
• Analyze business needs and design new products and features to address them.
• Adapt the roadmap to changing priorities, ensuring delivery of the highest priority items.
• Break complex requirements into smaller features and work closely with the delivery team for timely and seamless delivery.
• Act as the in-house expert for third-party game operations tools and create action plans for their optimal utilization.

Requirements

• Mobile app experience is essential.
• Substantial work experience as a technical product manager, technical business analyst, or similar role.
• Background in software development or testing.
• Experience in designing and using backend APIs.
• Experience facilitating requirement workshops and gathering detailed requirements.
• Strong understanding of agile principles and prior experience working in cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience creating epics and detailed user stories, along with UI mockups and flow diagrams.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills (both business and technical).
• Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
