DevOps / Platform Engineer (Edtech)

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines to enhance delivery excellence.
• Actively contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and manage the Terraform stack.
• Leverage Kubernetes to improve deployment strategies and environment consistency.
• Build and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to understand system behavior.
• Integrate security by design into CI/CD, infrastructure, and workflows.
• Work transversally, supporting all engineering teams with a focus on impact and pragmatism.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a DevOps, Platform, or SRE engineer.
• Strong experience with CI/CD systems and hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and exposure to security practices.
• Strong interest in monitoring, reliability, and system behavior.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or scale-up environments.
