TL;DR

Location: Must work from Dakar. Work authorization in Senegal is required. May be relocated to other cities based on business needs.

What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end execution of high-impact brand and community initiatives.
• Participate in shaping and evolving hirify.global's brand identity, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.
• Lead creative development for campaigns and brand programs, partnering with agencies and internal creative teams.
• Partner closely with PR, People, and other stakeholder teams to craft internal and external narratives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or a similar role, preferably in FinTech or telecommunications.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and proficiency in project management.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, brand strategy trends, content production, and social media.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Senegal market.
• Experience working in multicultural and dynamic environments.
