What you will do

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to define and refine the product roadmap.
• Work closely with various stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams.
• Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and market research to gather feedback and insights.
• Define and prioritise product requirements to guide the engineering process.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Analyse data and metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience in a modern software or product-led organisation.
• Experience operating with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to navigate and address the complexities of product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data.
• Ability to prioritise features, requirements, and tasks based on customer needs.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
