What you will do

• Define system architecture, technical specifications, and manage requirements engineering processes.
• Perform functional design, simulation, prototyping, and trade-off studies.
• Plan and oversee system integration, performance, and client acceptance testing.
• Provide technical leadership and support to project managers, including risk management.
• Act as the primary technical interface with customers and external suppliers.
• Manage change control, baseline integrity, and system safety documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer, Electronic, or Mechatronics preferred).
• Experience in applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and multidisciplinary engineering design principles.
• Proficiency in engineering processes, lifecycle management, and review gates.
• Competence in embedded software and hardware integration.
• Familiarity with defence and military standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461).
