What you will do
- Collaborate with the Data Platform team to define and execute the data product roadmap.
- Champion a product-driven approach and represent internal stakeholders and customers.
- Take responsibility for financial reporting and FinOps, building accurate data instruments.
- Work closely with BA and operational teams to enable data-driven decisions.
- Improve data quality, data architecture, SLA, and monitoring procedures.
- Address legacy and debt challenges, and ensure data compliance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data product management.
- Experience in Ad tech, online marketing, or user acquisition.
- High technical proficiency: working with raw data (druid, databricks, parquet files, etc).
- Strong grasp of data infrastructure, including ETL pipelines, APIs, and ML fundamentals.
- Resilience and ability to decompose ambiguous problems into data-driven specifications.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
