What you will do

• Identify and activate key local growth levers across customer experience, marketing and commercial performance.
• Co-create, localize, and structure market-specific marketing activations in alignment with global teams.
• Drive marketplace expansion by generating and qualifying new local leads to onboard new sellers.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, tech, logistics, customer service, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers to deliver on business priorities.
• Ensure operational excellence by monitoring and optimizing shop, logistics, and payment KPIs.

Requirements

• Very good university degree in business management or comparable degree.
• Experience in an eCommerce or Management Consultancy company (or similar).
• Profound knowledge of the Greek culture and retail landscape.
• Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel).
• Native speaker competence in Greek (oral & written)
• Fluency in English (oral & written)
• Distinct understanding of numbers and analytical way of working.
• Strong communicational skills and stakeholder management.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility.
