Location: Based in Larnaca, Cyprus with a hybrid work model (up to 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Organize and manage the ORM team’s workflow and tasks.
• Monitor and address online activities impacting brand reputation.
• Act as the main communication bridge between teams and departments.
• Manage social media and editorial content calendars, ensuring consistent messaging.
• Oversee social community management and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Handle crisis management and ensure swift resolution of ORM-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in ORM, PR, Communications, or Marketing.
• Experience in large companies and managing multi-team projects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.
• Must be based in Cyprus or have legal authorization to work there.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
• Background in project management and team coordination.
• Familiarity with social media management and monitoring tools.
• Experience or familiarity with financial markets.
