What you will do

• Maintain a constant feedback loop with the sales team to proactively identify friction in their daily workflows.
• Deploy process improvements that allow the sales team to move with greater speed and accuracy.
• Take full ownership of CRM data quality by implementing a zero-tolerance policy for duplicated records and data decay.
• Utilize both automation and rigorous manual auditing to maintain data quality.
• Establish and enforce "Data Standards of Excellence" by leading the training and governance required to ensure every user understands their role.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Consultant (Salesforce Certifications highly preferred).
• A "fixer" mentality: naturally inclined to find gaps, identify root causes, and build scalable solutions.
• The ability to communicate effectively with high-performing sales teams, translating their field requirements into technical reality.
• Mastery of duplication tools and Salesforce flow automation.
