• Collaborate with hiring managers to build and facilitate optimal hiring processes.
• Analyze and visualize recruitment data to improve strategies.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience recruiting for technology positions, with at least 2 years in a high-tech company.
• Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Versatile, flexible, and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
• High level of English proficiency.
