TL;DR

Customer Service Representative: Providing concierge-level customer support for IT problems with an accent on solving technical issues and handling escalations. Focus on learning various platforms, earning certifications, and interacting with senior co-workers to grow experience and skills.

Location: Hybrid in Gurugram, India. Willingness to work in Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts.

What you will do

  • Be the face and voice of hirify.global, helping customers solve problems.
  • Provide interactive solutions via chat, email, and MS Teams.
  • Work with back-office teams to handle escalations.
  • Learn and get trained on various platforms, including Microsoft 365.
  • Gain experience and insight into various job roles and career paths.

Requirements

  • 0-1 year experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Flexible to work in Voice and Chat Process.
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts.
  • Willingness to Work from Office as per Hybrid Work Model in Gurugram.
  • Windows 10 troubleshooting and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.
  • Support help desk experience.
