What you will do
- Be the face and voice of hirify.global, helping customers solve problems.
- Provide interactive solutions via chat, email, and MS Teams.
- Work with back-office teams to handle escalations.
- Learn and get trained on various platforms, including Microsoft 365.
- Gain experience and insight into various job roles and career paths.
Requirements
- 0-1 year experience in customer service or technical support.
- Flexible to work in Voice and Chat Process.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts / Rotational Shifts.
- Willingness to Work from Office as per Hybrid Work Model in Gurugram.
- Windows 10 troubleshooting and excellent communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Windows, Mac, or Linux.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving expertise.
- Support help desk experience.
