Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 plus £5441 London Weighting

What you will do

• Provide expert operational support for post-production systems, including Avid, EVS, shared storage, and file-based workflows.
• Lead and coordinate technical incident response, resolving issues efficiently.
• Support and optimize Avid (MediaCentral, Interplay, Nexis) and EVS (XT, XS, XTA, IPDirector) environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot file transfer and content movement services.
• Monitor and resolve storage performance and capacity issues across shared storage platforms.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supporting Avid and EVS post-production workflows.
• Administrative-level experience supporting Windows, Linux, and macOS systems.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across post-production systems in time-critical situations.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical incident response.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Avid Certified Support Representative (ACSR) certification.
• EVS certification and hands-on experience supporting EVS platforms.
• Networking certification and practical understanding of IP networking.
• Experience working with virtualized or cloud-based systems.
• Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation using tools such as AutoCAD.
