Growth Manager (EdTech): Driving US expansion in Texas by generating new district relationships, leading consultative first meetings, and partnering with senior leaders to close transformational deals with an accent on prospecting, building pipeline, and driving new revenue. Focus on representing at conferences, hosting local events, and expanding visibility in the territory.
Location: Must be based in Austin, TX
Salary: $80K - $90K base salary ($110K+ OTE)

What you will do
- Prospect relentlessly: Generate new district relationships through outbound outreach, creative approaches, and local presence.
- Lead consultative conversations that uncover needs and spark excitement about a new approach to math.
- Partner with senior sales leaders and Math Success Managers to deliver demos and secure partnerships.
- Represent at conferences, host local events, and expand visibility in your territory.
- Build and execute a personal plan to exceed your goals.
Requirements
- Sales experience (ideally in education, especially Texas) OR a proven track record of grit, resilience, and performance in another fast-paced environment.
- Competitive drive: rejection fuels you.

- Entrepreneurial energy: you thrive on travel, growth, and big goals.
- Curiosity about education — willing to learn pedagogy while selling.
