What you will do

• Leverage deep understanding of device ecosystems, including remote monitoring and field service operations.
• Prioritize opportunities based on customer demand, regulatory considerations, and clinical risk.
• Convert device IFUs and troubleshooting scripts into predictable, safe, and compliant conversation flows.
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate device signals and alerts into agent escalation pathways.
• Engage directly with manufacturers and clinical leaders to refine companion offerings based on real-world feedback.

Requirements

• 10–13 years of experience in medical devices, digital health, or healthcare technology.
• Direct exposure to device commercialization, patient support, or post-market operations.
• Strong understanding of how patients and clinicians interact with complex medical hardware in real-world settings.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across clinical, regulatory, and engineering teams.
• Comfort operating in safety-critical environments with high accountability for patient outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience working with implantable, durable, or life-sustaining medical devices.
• Familiarity with FDA-regulated environments, including post-market surveillance and complaint handling.
• Background in launching digital companions, remote monitoring (RPM) programs, or AI platforms.
• Experience in GM-like roles scaling a product line from pilot to market.
