What you will do

• Own ERP integration products end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to execution and iteration.
• Define product requirements and manage the backlog for integrations-related initiatives.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable integration architectures across multiple ERP systems.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand ERP workflows.
• Prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value within the Sync domain.
• Collaborate with BI, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS or financial technology companies.
• Hands-on ERP experience with systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Business Central, SAP B1, or Xero.
• Proven ability to own the product end-to-end without close supervision.
• Skilled in prioritization, stakeholder management, and independent decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with global teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
