hirify.global is a platform for in-game apps, looking for a Technical Product Manager to join their team focused on an Apps Platform.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
• Define and discover new opportunities and conduct market research.
• Translate product requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.
• Ensure excellent user experience by collaborating with designers and researchers.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development and a BSc in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management positions, building B2B SaaS software products.
• Experience managing B2B or B2C-oriented products as a Product Manager.
• Proven ability to drive collaboration across multiple disciplines.
• Demonstrated track record of launching multiple successful products and features in B2B companies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems into KPI-driven strategies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Passion for hardcore gaming (PC/Console).
• Proven dragon riding skills.
