Salary: $80,750 – $89,250 CAD annually

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development of reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for Sales and Distribution teams.
• Design clear, intuitive data visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Maintain and continuously improve existing standardized reports, ensuring consistency of KPIs.
• Manage Snowflake data objects and perform SQL-based transformations, joins, and aggregations.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency across source systems and reporting outputs.
• Partner with business stakeholders to interpret results and translate findings into actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Data Model) and Office Tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience applying appropriate statistical techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases, with experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Must be based and work onsite in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other programming languages for analysis or automation.
