Sales Engineer

TL;DR

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions/Sales Engineer (ERP): Architecting and demonstrating association-specific CRM software built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 with an accent on client requirements, solution design, and competitive analysis. Focus on translating technical concepts, preparing tailored demonstrations, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.

Location: Fully remote within the United States, with occasional travel (2-3 times per year for 1-3 days). Must be available to work 8am – 6pm ET and on camera for client meetings.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 with commission structure

What you will do

• Architect and design solutions to meet client CRM requirements with an out-of-box mindset.
• Prepare and deliver tailored demonstrations of Altai’s capabilities to prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with sales teams on RFP responses and cost estimates.
• Research and stay updated on the competitive landscape and Dynamics platform enhancements.
• Provide industry expertise and insight to the R&D team for product enhancements.
• Assist with knowledge transfer to professional services and occasional support ticket triage.

Requirements

• Deep functional and technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Thorough understanding of professional and trade association business models.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into non-technical explanations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work 8am – 6pm ET.
