What you will do
- Architect and demonstrate tailored solutions to meet prospective and current client requirements.
- Collaborate with sales staff to prepare RFP responses and cost estimates.
- Research and maintain current knowledge of the competitive landscape and Dynamics platform enhancements.
- Effectively transfer all knowledge and sales assets from the sales process to Professional Services project teams.
- Assist with solutioning, architecting, and configuring client deliverables on select projects.
- Provide industry expertise and insight to the R&D team to help shape future product enhancements.
Requirements
- Deep functional and technical proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Thorough understanding of professional and trade association business models.
- Ability to translate highly technical concepts into simplified, non-technical explanations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
