Location: Expected to work from a designated hirify.global office at least four days a week if living within 25 miles of that location in Suzhou, China.

What you will do

• Drive the technical design, implementation, and deployment of critical AI services and AI user interfaces.
• Leverage deep understanding of advanced AI solutions to accelerate development cycles.
• Integrate the latest advancements in AI-assisted programming to build low-latency backend services and responsive frontend interactions.
• Collaborate with Research, Product, and Design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, user-aligned experiences.
• Architect and operationalize durable software systems from the ground up, using AI coding tools creatively to solve complex problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Solid understanding of full-stack development, including proficiency in Frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript) and Backend services.
• Strong grasp of scalable system architecture and design patterns.
• Open mindset with a drive for continuous learning and embracing new technologies, especially AI coding workflows.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
