What you will do

Implement and configure UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduler.
Design time rules and structure business hierarchy and policies.
Develop custom reports, Hyperfind queries, and analytics, and support device and mobile configurations.
Execute data migration, support configuration changes, and provide troubleshooting and incident/problem management.
Document system configurations and business processes; train end-users and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

Experience with UKG Pro WFM or Dimensions implementations, configurations, and integrations.
Strong functional knowledge paired with technical skills in workforce management and labor optimization solutions.
Experience in full project lifecycle: requirements, fit-gap analysis, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), go-live support, and hypercare.
