What you will do

• Implement and configure UKG Pro WFM/Dimensions modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduler.
• Design time rules and structure business hierarchy and policies.
• Develop custom reports, Hyperfind queries, and analytics, and support device and mobile configurations.
• Execute data migration, support configuration changes, and provide troubleshooting and incident/problem management.
• Document system configurations and business processes; train end-users and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• Experience with UKG Pro WFM or Dimensions implementations, configurations, and integrations.
• Strong functional knowledge paired with technical skills in workforce management and labor optimization solutions.
• Experience in full project lifecycle: requirements, fit-gap analysis, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), go-live support, and hypercare.
