Location: Reykjavik, Iceland (hybrid). Must work from the office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Salary: 725,000 ISK per month

What you will do

• Develop new and well-written code as an individual contributor within a functional engineering team.
• Participate in and contribute to stand-ups and collaborate with team members on day-to-day work.
• Contribute to a variety of projects, including building new features, testing infrastructure, or designing data models.
• Maintain the codebase and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Provide peer feedback, participating in hirify.global’s culture of transparency and distributed responsibility.

Requirements

• Anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027.
• Foundational understanding of software development or computer science skills.
• Passion for creating a user-friendly experience and helping teams collaborate effectively.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn.
• English: B2 required.
