It Compliance Manager (Cybersecurity)

It Compliance Manager (Cybersecurity): Developing, implementing, and maintaining the enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) practice with an accent on conducting regular audits and providing organizational guidance on compliance issues. Focus on identifying and mitigating risks, process optimization, and continuous improvements.

Location: Must be locally located and okay working a 3 days in office hybrid model and 2 days remote.

What you will do

• Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures fostering compliance.
• Manage and conduct internal and external audits.
• Monitor open audit items to ensure completion of remediation activities.
• Support leadership teams to develop and expand continuous monitoring processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support cyber-insurance renewals.
• Develop and maintain the cybersecurity risk management program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of experience in governance risk compliance (GRC).
• Experience leading others and managing IT compliance audits.
• Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies.
• SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, SOC 2 working experience and/or certification(s).
• Must be locally located and okay working a 3 days in office hybrid model and 2 days remote.

Nice to have

• Strong technical acumen with CISSP or CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with project management experience and/or certification(s).
• Experience working in GRC tools.
• Experience working in a regulated industry.
