What you will do

• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for high-volume content production, digital acumen, and automation strategies.
• Act as the onshore day-to-day client liaison for high-volume content production across integrated campaigns.
• Proactively engage with clients on a daily basis, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
• Oversee project execution for complex, high-volume campaigns, including scope management and progress tracking.
• Effectively communicate all project aspects, proactively addressing challenges with internal teams, agency partners, and clients.
• Actively contribute to the optimization of processes for the efficient delivery of digital and print content projects.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of project management or production experience within an interactive or integrated agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with clients as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Fluent both spoken and written French is essential.
• Willingness and ability to work within the client's office for a minimum of three (3) days per week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and online project management tools (e.g., JIRA).

Nice to have

• Experience within the beauty sector or fast-paced retail environments.
