Role: Build the first production AI Agent (Recruiter Agent) that evolves into our internal Jarvis platform.

🚀 About the Role

We are building an internal AI platform (Jarvis) that will automate entire business functions using autonomous agents, structured memory, tool execution, and deep system integrations.

Your first mission: build a production-grade Recruitment AI Agent that automates intake, screening, interviews, candidate evaluations, and pipeline operations.

This agent will become a core reusable module of our future Jarvis architecture.

You will work directly with the CEO and our core engineering team.

🎯 What You’ll Build
• A multi-step agent using LangGraph + OpenAI Operator

• Memory layer using:
• Neon (Postgres) for structured data
• Pinecone for embeddings and candidate vectors
• Mem0 for semantic memory

• Tool layer using:
• Composio (Notion, Gmail, Slack, Google Workspace integrations)
• Teamtailor ATS API
• Browserbase (optional)
• Screening engine for CVs, interviews, transcripts
• Automated scoring, summaries, match analysis
• Status updates, reminders, follow-ups
• A clean API for future Jarvis modules

This is a hands-on builder role. You will design, architect, and ship.

🧠 Required Skills

AI + Agent Systems
• Strong experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
• Deep understanding of LLM tool-calling, function-calling, and multi-step reasoning
• Experience designing agent workflows (state machines, routers, subgraphs)

Backend Engineering
• Strong Python
• Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Building microservices and integrating external APIs

Memory + Data
• SQL + Postgres (Neon experience a plus)
• Vector DBs: Pinecone / Weaviate / Milvus / pgvector
• Knowledge of embeddings, similarity search, and retrieval

Integrations + Tools
• Experience with:
• Notion API
• Google Workspace APIs
• Slack API
• ATS (Teamtailor is a plus)
• Browser automation tools (Browserbase / Playwright / Puppeteer)

Dev quality
• Strong debugging skills
• High autonomy
• Understanding of observability: Langfuse, Sentry, Datadog
