What you will do

• Manage and ensure data quality by researching, analyzing, and resolving MDM data exceptions and errors.
• Document standard operating procedures for resolving data exceptions and continually improve domain knowledge.
• Independently manage and prioritize a Jira backlog of user requests, communicating status and meeting delivery dates.
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to create datasets for testing and training standard or AI models.
• Analyze patterns in stewardship requests and data issues to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data stewardship, including resolving data exceptions and enforcing data governance rules.
• Proficiency in data analysis and secondary research to define data quality and usage.
• Ability to document standard operating procedures and manage user requests (e.g., in Jira).
• Experience creating test and training datasets, including for AI models.
• Skilled in analyzing data issues to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights.
• Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work from anywhere within the US.
• English: B2 required.
