Program Management Intern (Robotics): Driving the design and implementation of cutting-edge engineering processes and tools to accelerate the development of autonomous vehicle systems with an accent on cross-functional alignment and execution reporting. Location: On-site in Foster City, CA, USA. Ability to relocate to the Bay Area, California for the duration of the internship is required.
Salary: $5,500–$9,500 per month.
Company
is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market, sitting at the intersection of robotics, machine learning, and design.
What you will do
- Drive the design and implementation of cutting-edge engineering processes and tools for autonomous vehicle systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and product teams, and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
- Create and maintain execution reporting frameworks to track program progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program performance.
Requirements
- Currently working towards a B.S., M.S., MBA or advanced degree in a relevant engineering program.
- Good academic standing.
- Able to commit to a 12-week internship beginning in May or June of 2026.
- 1-2 semesters of project-based courses with previous experience in program management, systems engineering, or as an engineer in a complex technical system.
- Ability to relocate to the Bay Area, California for the duration of the internship.
Nice to have
- At least one previous industry internship or co-op completed in a relevant area.
- Experience with autonomous vehicles or robotics industry preferred.
