Location: Global remote encouraged (company offices in Quebec City, Montreal, London, and Weert available for in-person/hybrid). Work authorization for Canada or the US may be required depending on employment type.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor, translating customer business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead solution design, architecture, and implementation of hirify.global’s AI relevance platform across customer digital ecosystems.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leaders, to align business goals and technology standards.
• Guide customers through best practices in governance, planning, and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage requirements, maintain clear documentation, and support delivery teams using Agile methodologies.
• Partner with hirify.global product management and customer success teams to share feedback and improve future implementations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience delivering software or cloud implementation projects in a professional services or consulting context.
• Strong organizational skills and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical, business, and executive teams.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with cloud, AI, and hosted solutions such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint, or commerce platforms.
• Background in customer-facing consulting roles, with a strong advisor mindset.
• Ability to write simple scripts in Python or similar programming languages.
• Experience with Salesforce or commerce platforms, with certification considered a strong asset.
