Senior Solution Consultant (AI): Designing and presenting complex AI-powered customer experience solutions with an accent on technical expertise in cloud services, APIs, and contact center technologies. What you will do
- Build and document reusable solutions leveraging hirify.global solutions, Infrastructure as Code, RESTful APIs, and cloud services.
- Showcase technical expertise by developing and presenting dynamic demonstrations to decision-makers (executives, key stakeholders, and influencers).
- Understand customer strategies to help them drive their business using hirify.global solutions.
- Run workshops with business users to uncover gaps, define projected benefits, and present outcomes.
- Create customized demos and documentation such as Architecture and Solution Design Proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date insights on industry trends and best practices to advise customers throughout the implementation process.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of IT concepts, software standards, database, and networking technologies.
- 5+ years of experience implementing and/or integrating with CRMs, software, or coding.
- Advanced technical knowledge covering associated contact centre technologies (e.g., surveys, quality management, workforce management, IVR, digital engagement, PCI compliance).
- Strong understanding and familiarity with AI concepts such as LLMs, NLUs, and Predictive AI models.
- Experience working with a Cloud or SaaS company.
- Refined presentation skills showcasing presence and gravitas, and ability to facilitate workshops.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs integrations.
- Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, Prompt engineering, and Chain of thought (COT).
