What you will do

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
• Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert.
• Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solutions.
• Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals.
• Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
• Ability to drive requirement gathering.
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
• Hands on experience with at least one of the following: Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms or Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action.

Nice to have

• Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions.
