What you will do
- Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
- Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert.
- Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solutions.
- Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals.
- Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
- 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
- Ability to drive requirement gathering.
- Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
- Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
- Hands on experience with at least one of the following: Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms or Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action.

- Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions.
