What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather and define business requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Account Engagement, and CRM Analytics.
- Prioritize and triage tickets, develop user stories, process flows, and design solutions for Salesforce.
- Perform configuration and updates to the Salesforce platform and ensure security protocols are in place.
- Design Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to support departmental and executive needs.
- Write and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and training documentation.
- Research, evaluate, and implement 3rd party software integrations as solutions for business requests.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator required.
- Experience in administering Salesforce, similar CRM systems, and marketing engagement platforms.
- Proficient in Salesforce configurations including automation, security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Custom Objects, Flows), and change sets.
- Solid Business Analyst skillset including process analysis, requirement gathering, process flow, user acceptance testing, and user adoption.
- Ability to translate business requirements to potential solution designs and effectively present information to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement certification.
- Familiarity with Agentforce.
- Experience with integration systems like Boomi.
- Familiarity with other SaaS systems (e.g., Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, Workday, DocuSign).
- Relevant domain knowledge in one or more of the following: sales, revenue management, contracts management, accounting, or finance operational processes.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or experience within the media and entertainment industry.
