What you will do

• Act as an IT business partner to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Power Platform solutions.
• Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps.
• Build and automate business processes with Power Automate, including workflows, approvals, and notifications.
• Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft applications and services, such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through appropriate data governance measures.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve IT service issues effectively.
• Previous experience in IT service delivery or a similar role (incident, problem, change, and SLA management).
• Basic project management skills to coordinate and manage service delivery projects.
• Knowledge of IT service management tools, ITIL processes, and ITSM frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interacting with customers, IT teams, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and PowerBi.

• Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and automation technologies.
