What you will do
- Own and optimize the configuration of business systems across all business areas, including Marketing, Sales, HR, Customer Success, Operations, and Customer Care.
- Maintain system hygiene and troubleshoot issues quickly, while also documenting custom system design and key usage patterns.
- Reduce friction for teams by leveraging automation and AI, building and maintaining low-code/no-code automations and integrations.
- Work closely with Ops, Commercial, PMO, and Data teams to understand how systems support their work and propose practical improvements.
- Implement and govern a robust change control system for business system configuration changes.
- Support the Program Management Office with technical feasibility analysis during process mapping and solution design.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing CRM environments, with extensive experience (2+ years) in HubSpot.
- Strong grasp of how enterprise systems connect and the role each plays across the organization, especially within Go-To-Market functions.
- Comfortable using low-code/no-code tools (HubSpot workflows, n8n, or similar) to reduce manual work and improve reliability.
- Excited by the practical use of AI in operations for workflow improvement.
- Product mindset with the ability to translate business pain points into clean system solutions.
- Clear communication skills and comfortable partnering with a wide stakeholder group.
