What you will do

• Design, develop, and test features for the hirify.global Cloud product suite.
• Take part in the architecture, design, and maintenance of AWS microservices, lambdas, and REST APIs.
• Work closely with Product Management, QA, Tech Pubs, UX, and Engineering teams.
• Develop new features and improve existing systems.
• Ensure continuous integration of new code through nightly builds and unit tests.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain high code quality through reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a backend developer.
• BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience working in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, testing practices, and clean code principles.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
