What you will do

  • Own and develop technical champion roles in sales opportunities.
  • Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Run Proof of Values (POV) with success criteria to demonstrate platform benefits.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on key account technical requirements.
  • Learn and test cybersecurity attack techniques against the platform.
  • Provide informal training and serve as primary technical contact for customers.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote work from New Zealand.
  • Proven experience in technical roles such as support, consulting, or sales engineering.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

Nice to have

  • Technical knowledge of incident response, computer forensics, network administration, and endpoint security.
  • Malware analysis and cybersecurity expertise.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/Value Selling methodologies.
