TL;DR
Technical Program Manager (Responsible AI): Working on the responsible development and global deployment of AI, ensuring principles and commitments are met in a product-first manner. Focus on developing and refining innovative governance processes and integrating Responsible AI practices into product delivery.
Location: London, United Kingdom. Employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within 25 miles of that location.

What you will do
- Deliver and develop Copilot, embedding Microsoft’s Responsible AI principles and practices.
- Partner with colleagues in the Office of Responsible AI and CELA to refine innovative governance processes.
- Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of Responsible AI objectives.
- Develop and deliver training materials and resources to support Responsible AI awareness and adoption.
Requirements
- Experience in the Generative AI field in an engineering, product, policy, or technical program management role OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree AND/OR experience in product/technical program management OR equivalent experience.
- Experience working on complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing environments and demands.
Nice to have
- Experience working on complex legal or governance projects in a fast-paced technology setting.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, or similar.
