Salary: $128,470–$208,770

What you will do

• Provide leadership in the design, development, and deployment of hirify.global’s state-of-the-art digital platform.
• Accountable for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team or multiple teams of software engineers.
• Supervise teams and projects related to developing business and technical solutions.
• Direct the implementation of hardware and software infrastructure components to maximize common processes and minimize costs.
• Support the CAT Digital strategy and provide input into global concepts, strategies, and plans for service solutions.
• Evaluate complex problems and develop new solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in organizational leadership concepts and strategies.
• Highest level of experience with software development tools and activities.
• Extensive experience with the software development life cycle.
• Extensive experience in software integration processes and functions, with the ability to design and maintain interfaces.
• Extensive experience in software quality assurance and testing, applying appropriate processes and tools.
• Typically 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years or more of experience in managing software testing teams.
• Experience in public cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience in leading a team of SDETs/Test architects.
• Experience in developing test frameworks using JAVA/Karate/Playwright.
• Experience in AI Security testing.
• Must have US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.
