What you will do

• Lead incident response for critical platform issues and drive comprehensive post-incident improvement programs.
• Architect and design large-scale, multi-region infrastructure platforms and automation systems.
• Define technical strategy and roadmaps for Cloud Service Ownership platform evolution and modernization.
• Partner with Product and Security teams to integrate advanced capabilities and ensure compliance.
• Lead complex migration projects involving critical business systems and drive platform reliability initiatives.
• Mentor and develop senior and mid-level engineers, collaborating with executive leadership on platform strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of senior-level experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record of architecting and implementing large-scale, distributed systems.
• Expert-level programming skills in Python, NodeJS, or Java.
• Expert-level mastery of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and platform scalability patterns.
• Proven leadership experience including technical mentoring, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
