What you will do

• Define and drive the design vision for Protax products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented product designers, providing clear direction and professional development.
• Partner with Product Management to conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to understand user needs.
• Oversee the entire design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity mockups and interaction design.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure designs are feasible and delivered on time.
• Champion and manage the design system for consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful product design and leadership.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
