TL;DR

Lead Data Analyst (Data Analytics): Leading and evolving the analytics function across product, marketing, and business performance with an accent on defining how success is measured, enforcing metric discipline, and driving decision-making with clarity. Focus on performing deep user behavior, funnel, and retention analysis, and translating complex data into decisive recommendations.

Location: Remote. Applicants are welcome from any country located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do

  • Own the entire analytics vision and execution across product, marketing, and revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and challenge Data Analysts, raising the bar on analytical thinking and ownership.
  • Define, standardize, and strictly enforce product and business KPIs across the organization.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve executive-level dashboards for real decision-making.
  • Perform deep user behavior, funnel, and retention analysis, and discover 'aha moments'.
  • Translate complex data into clear, decisive recommendations for Product, Growth, and Leadership.

Requirements

  • Degree in an analytical field (Math, Data Science, Economics, or similar).
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, including leading or mentoring analysts.
  • Strong background in Product Analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced SQL skills with proven experience building scalable, reliable data models.
  • Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar tools.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Background in sports, competitive environments, or high-performance teams.
  • Experience in Marketing Analytics (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, attribution).
  • Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis.
  • Experience with GCP / BigQuery / ClickHouse.
  • Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or modern data stacks.
