What you will do

• Lead and mentor a small team of data scientists on technical approaches and career development.
• Own the delivery of complex data science projects from problem definition to deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering, Service Delivery) to integrate AI/ML solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on solution design for initiatives involving LLMs, NLP, and advanced ML techniques.
• Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies and methodologies to improve client value delivery.
• Design and implement LLM-based agents and develop NLP-driven solutions for insights from unstructured text.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related fields (Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics).
• 6-10 years of experience in data science methodologies applied to live initiatives or software development.
• Strong expertise in Python, statistical analysis, and NLP techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.
