What you will do

• Develop and maintain infrastructure for evaluation and benchmarking of 1P coding agents and AgentCore primitives.
• Design and maintain end-to-end training pipelines and compute infrastructure to accelerate advanced agent development while optimizing compute usage.
• Transform experimental generative AI artifacts into scalable, robust systems using sound engineering practices.
• Collaborate closely with scientists to develop novel model training and inference techniques at scale.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in the USA (Santa Clara, CA).
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years programming experience in at least one language.
• 5+ years experience leading design or architecture of systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team leader.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent preferred.
