- Use structured frameworks to communicate with precision to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements

- Operationally excellent with a proven system for managing numerous data points and interactions at scale.
- Consultative and customer-centric with the ability to switch between proactive churn mitigation and expansion outreach with ease.
- Well versed in Finance or Accounting.
