Location: Remote. Team is remote-first with employees across North America. Candidates should be based in Canada or the United States. Employees can work outside of Canada for up to 90 days per calendar year.

What you will do

• Design thoughtful, high-impact product experiences that empower clients to make smarter financial decisions.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, content, and research throughout the entire product development process.
• Own the full design stack — from early discovery and prototyping to high-fidelity visuals and micro-interactions.
• Conduct research and use data to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and inform design decisions.
• Help evolve our design system and scale the product with consistency, craft, and intention.
• Raise the bar for quality and clarity across the team.

Requirements

• Experience designing for consumer-facing mobile apps (React Native, native iOS/Android).
• Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to turn complex problems into simple, elegant experiences.
• A user-first mindset and a strong product sense.
• A collaborative approach and clear communication style.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to ship real products.
• A passion for personal finance, and an interest in banking, investing, or financial planning tools.
• For Staff Designers: experience leading large initiatives, mentoring others, and driving design quality and strategy at a higher level.
