Senior Solutions Engineer (SaaS): Building and delivering engaging demos and technical solutions for an AI-native Employee Experience Platform with an accent on removing technical obstacles for sales, technical evaluations, and integration consulting. Focus on architecting optimal technical setups for internal communications needs and responding to RFPs.

Location: Hybrid work available, based in London or Berlin, supporting clients across Northern, Western, and Southern Europe (Nordics, Benelux, and Spain).

What you will do

• Build and deliver engaging demos to prospective customers.
• Identify and remove technical obstacles to winning deals.
• Conduct technical evaluations of the hirify.global platform and consult on integration methods.
• Consult prospects regarding APIs, architecture recommendations, and implementation approaches.
• Craft and build RFP response documents.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in SaaS pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies.
• General understanding of web development and knowledge of common technologies.
• Solution-focused understanding of REST APIs and how to interact with them.
• Experience with enterprise software and common concepts/integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday, Single Sign-on, Active Directory) is a plus.
• Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and effectively communicate them.
• Excellent English and strong Spanish communication skills (verbal, written, presentations).

Nice to have

• Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
