Salary Range: $92,800-$121,800

What you will do

• Map data flows and identify data dependencies.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for initiative execution.
• Apply systems thinking to connect initiative goals with broader BIRA strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless handoffs and aligned execution.
• Monitor and report on initiative health through regular status updates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of initiative management practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading medium to large-scale data initiatives OR 4+ years of experience in initiative or program management, business consulting, technical delivery, or a related field.
• High School Diploma.

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and connect solutions to business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present clearly to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex initiatives into structured, milestone-driven plans and visual timelines supported by clear, comprehensive documentation and project artifacts aligned with departmental standards.
• Experience using project or work management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday, Asana, Jira, Excel, etc.) to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability.
• Demonstrated experience working with data, reporting, or business intelligence teams, with a solid understanding of data concepts.
