Product Manager (Cisco Webex)

Location: Remote from Switzerland or onsite in Zurich, Bern, Basel, or Lucerne

What you will do

• Maintain overall commercial and technical responsibility for the service throughout its entire lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Identify market requirements and define current and future product strategy for UCC solutions.
• Develop and manage the business case, development, and market launch of new services.
• Shape the service according to market requirements together with the product owner.

Requirements

• A degree in ICT, business administration, or similar fields.
• In-depth knowledge of product management in UCC cloud solutions and agile product development.
• Experience in leading projects, managing complex service offerings, and strategic thinking.
• Experience in stakeholder management in complex structures and confident negotiation skills.
• Enthusiasm for digital innovations, technological trends, market developments, and customer needs.
• Residence in Switzerland is required.
• Very good German and English are required.
