Senior Sales Engineer (Video Collaboration): Supporting highly transactional sales processes for Business-to-Business Video Collaboration and personal workspace solutions with an accent on technical queries, product demonstrations, and ensuring solutions meet customer needs. Focus on leveraging technology to develop innovative solutions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
Location: On-Site in Buenos Aires, Argentina with availability to travel around Latin America (50% time). Support regional customers in all Latin America (except Mexico & Brazil).

What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for channel partners and end customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for video collaboration solutions.
- Partner with Channel Partners, providing technical expertise to support sales teams.
- Assist internal sales teams with demos or proof of concepts of solutions and products.
- Develop and deliver tailored solutions for specific customer requirements and challenges.
- Maintain an accurate sales funnel and participate in quarterly business meetings to plan activities and set targets.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of video collaboration technologies, including hardware and software.
- Experience in Sales Engineering and/or technical IT/AV experience.
- Familiarity with technology and platforms deployment, emphasizing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google in an enterprise environment.
- Industry experience, knowledge of competition, market growth, and value of USB devices.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Availability to travel around Latin America (50% time).

- Industry Certifications (e.g., AVIXA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco, Microsoft certifications).
- Proven experience in sales methodologies, technical sales, and partner management.
