Local Product Owner (TRX): Supporting the power amplifier team for the development of radios used for mobile network infrastructure from program start to end of life in the field with an accent on team backlog, communication, and coordination. Focus on transparent prioritization, defining backlog items, and managing execution risks.

Location: On-site in Dallas, Texas

Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Ownership of Team Backlog items (elements from decomposed Fusion Product Backlog affecting Team).
• Responsible for maintaining Team Backlog item Pipeline and ensuring a transparent Team Backlog.
• Develop and communicate Team targets related to Product/Feature goals.
• Define and prioritize Team level backlog items.
• Participate in PO Sync to address relevant topics with stakeholders.
• Manage Team level execution risks.

Requirements

• Must have good all-around knowledge of RF products and/or Software development/verification.
• Must have good project management skills to create schedules, track progress, and provide status reports.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a group.
• Good English communication for reports, presentations, and technical writing.
• Good computer skills and well organized; specialty in data mining preferred.
• BS in Electrical or related Engineering or another field.

Nice to have

• Previous industrial experience preferred specially working on Jira backlog.
• Proven track record - previous involvement in successful product development programs is a definite plus.
• Technical leadership potential is a plus.
• Good planner and organizer.
