What you will do

• Own and scale the student discount program, ensuring Cursor reaches computer science students at top universities.
• Launch and grow the Campus Ambassador program across universities, empowering student developers.
• Support Campus Ambassadors with playbooks, resources, and real-time guidance for hackathons and workshops.
• Partner with university clubs and organizations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share stories of students building with Cursor.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience owning a meaningful community program at a high-velocity startup.
• Operationally excellent, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across time zones.
• Strong bias toward action, willing to dive into details to ship projects.
• Empathy and understanding of what makes communities thrive.
• Ability to flourish in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, energized by building new things.
• Passion for education and helping students on their journey.
